1.framework (n.) a skeletal structure designed to support or enclose something/ A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality. There is a book about the framework of human resource management.
2.employee (n.) a person working for another person or a business firm for pay. The company is going to make interviews to choose who to hire to be its employees.
3.harassment (v.) to disturb persistently; torment, as with troubles or cares; bother continually; pester; persecute. Sexual harassment is never allowed.
4.nonverbal (adj.) Being other than verbal; not involving words. We know each others so well that we can easily make nonverbal conversation.
5.appraisal (n.) the act of estimating or judging the nature or value of something or someone. Let's give this project an appraisal to see if it is beneficial.
6.hypnotism (n.) the act of hypnotizing. Hypnotism is an act that a magician-like person will make someone move without consciousness.
7.overrule (v.) to rule or decide against (a plea, argument, etc.); reject. He is so egocentric that he overrules everything.
8.weapon (n.) any instrument or device for use in attack or defense in combat, fighting, or war. Weapons should be banned for piece.
9.adjacent (adj.) lying near, close, or contiguous; adjoining; neighboring. The adjacent house of mine is a grocery store.
10.illustrated (adj.) containing pictures, drawings, and other illustrations. When we are searching for text book, it is better to choose the illustrated one so that it will make learning much more easy.
11.ethic (n.) a complex of moral precepts held or rules of conduct followed by an individual. Ethics are the central rule of what we can do and cannot do.
12.ethnic (adj.) belonging to or deriving from the cultural, racial, religious, or linguistic traditions of a people or country. We are going to Thai restaurant to have some ethnic dishes.
13.validate (v.) to make valid; substantiate; confirm. The police officer is determined to validate the truth.
14.caliber (n.) degree of capacity or competence; ability. HRM is a subject teaching manager how to raise the caliber of their employees.
15.personeel (n.) a body of persons employed in an organization or place of work. All personnels are going to have a day off.
16.disparate (adj.) distinct in kind; essentially different; dissimilar. She always gets some disparate ideas, so people always try to guess her mind in vain.
17.integrate (v.) to bring together or incorporate (parts) into a whole. A leader need have the ability to integrate everything small parts and details.
18.outplacement (n.) counseling and assistance in finding a new job, provided by a company for an employee who has been or is about to be dismissed. When someone is provided with outplcement, it is ironic whether to be happy or sad.
19.imply (v.)to indicate or suggest without being explicitly stated. That teacher's words imply something that hurts.
20.leniency (n.) the quality or state of being lenient. Sometimes you have to show your leniency to those who commit something wrong in the first time.

strengthens:
1. The style of the page of the quiz part is so fun that it releases the unease of the test taker.
2. The characters and images are cute so that this website is likely to interest young peolple to learn vocabulary.
weakness:
1. For some people, they may think that this website it too fancy to figure out the main function of each part. For example, it is hardly to know what HangMouse exactly is from seeing a picture of mouse standing on the cheese.
